Join our Team! We are hiring…

F.E. Coyne Insurance Brokers is looking for a full-time Customer Service Rep. We are a family owned and operated business located in Welland for over 100 years. We are currently hiring a CSR who meet the following skill set.

Minimum Skills & Requirements
– Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario License considered an asset at time of hire; however it will be required and must be obtained within 60 days of employment
– Candidate must possess a high school diploma or higher
– Comfortable learning new computer skills will be required to operate in our software program
The successful candidate must be a team player, friendly, pay great attention to detail, have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Primary Duties
Answer phones, process claims, answer questions, take payments, explain coverage and make recommendations, round out accounts by cross selling, determine client’s needs, acquire the proper information needed to place the coverage, input data into broker management system and company system, some basic back-up reception duties.
